Ingredients for No-Bake Pistachio Cakes:

  • 1 cup cup heavy whipping cream
  • 5.3 oz oz mascarpone
  • 1.8 oz oz pistachio paste
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 4 packages pavesini
  • 3.5 oz oz pistachio cream

  • Put the mascarpone, pistachio paste, sugar, cream, and whip with the beaters until a thick and homogeneous cream is obtained.

  • Soak the ladyfingers in milk then place them in muffin molds. Put a layer of cream, add a teaspoon of pistachio cream then another layer of cream. Close with pavesini. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few hours.

~In the refrigerator: the cakes keep perfectly for 3-4 days covered with plastic wrap or in an airtight container.
