- 1 cup cup heavy whipping cream
- 5.3 oz oz mascarpone
- 1.8 oz oz pistachio paste
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 4 packages pavesini
- 3.5 oz oz pistachio cream

Put the mascarpone, pistachio paste, sugar, cream, and whip with the beaters until a thick and homogeneous cream is obtained.
Soak the ladyfingers in milk then place them in muffin molds. Put a layer of cream, add a teaspoon of pistachio cream then another layer of cream. Close with pavesini. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few hours.
