No-Bake Ricotta and Coconut Balls
A quick and easy dessert, no-bake with very few ingredients. I mixed ricotta, sugar, coconut, and a little milk, then formed balls with my hands that I rolled in coconut! A great idea if you need a super quick dessert at the last minute or don’t want to turn on the oven or stove!
If you love coconut, try these balls, and I also recommend trying:

Ingredients for No-Bake Ricotta and Coconut Balls:
- 3/8 cup ricotta
- 7 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp milk (Only if needed)
Steps
The preparation of the No-Bake Ricotta and Coconut Balls is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
First, prepare some paper cups where you will place the balls once ready. In a bowl, place the shredded coconut, sugar, ricotta, and mix. If the mixture is too dry, add a little milk (this depends on the consistency of your ricotta and if you have drained it well) and mix well.
Place some coconut in a bowl. Take a bit of the mixture at a time with your hands and form balls of the desired size. Once made, roll them in the shredded coconut and then place them in the paper cups. To make them even better, I recommend putting them in the fridge before serving.
Enjoy your meal!
