Ingredients for the no-bake ricotta and lemon cake:

7 inch cake pan

  • 7 oz ladyfingers
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 9 oz ricotta
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • lemon flavoring
  • lemon zest

Steps

  • Place a layer of ladyfingers on the bottom and edge of the pan (first place parchment paper on the bottom). In a bowl, put the ricotta, 1 cup heavy cream, and lemon flavoring.

  • Add some lemon zest and the sugar and whip. Put the obtained cream into the mold with the ladyfingers inside. Level it.

  • Put in the fridge for a few hours! After a few hours, remove the mold and put the remaining whipped cream on top using a piping bag. Add some more lemon zest on top and decorate as you like!
