No-bake Ricotta and Strawberry Roll
A very simple roll made without baking but using ladyfingers as a base and for the filling a soft ricotta and cream enriched with a layer of strawberries sautéed in a pan. A very quick dessert to prepare that we can enjoy on any occasion! If you like strawberries, try this roll!

Ingredients for No-bake Ricotta and Strawberry Roll:
- 5.3 oz ladyfingers
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 5.3 oz ricotta
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3.5 oz strawberries
- lemon zest
- 7 oz strawberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Half lemon
Steps

First, clean and slice the strawberries and then arrange them on a sheet of parchment paper. Add ricotta, sugar, cream, and lemon zest
whip.
Strawberry preparation:
Clean and slice the strawberries, add sugar, lemon juice, and cook for about 10 min.
Let the mixture cool.
Dip the ladyfingers and line them up over the strawberries. Spread the obtained cream on top, leveling well. Add the strawberry mixture
roll up. Place the obtained roll in the fridge for a few hours.
