No-bake Roll with Salami and Crescenza
A super quick savory roll made with a base of sandwich bread and filled with crescenza cheese, salami, and lettuce! A perfect summer recipe to include in our menus as an appetizer or a rich aperitif, it is ideal even for the August holiday menu! It is prepared in a few minutes and the most important thing is that it NEEDS NO COOKING so I would say it is perfect if we don’t want to turn on ovens or stoves 😁. Obviously, you can also enhance or replace the filling ingredients according to your taste, you can use prosciutto, cooked ham, speck, Philadelphia, stracchino, etc.
