Nutella Cream Puffs
The cream puffs are fantastic, especially the fried ones filled with Nutella 😂. Cream puffs are among my favorite desserts ☺️. They are very convenient to serve since they are already portioned, making them perfect to enjoy as a dessert at the end of a meal, to include them in our dessert buffet at any kind of party, or to give as gifts to our loved ones! Another very convenient thing is that we can also use different fillings to get various flavors; we can fill them with custard, pistachio cream, chocolate cream, etc.

Ingredients for Nutella Cream Puffs:
- 7 oz water
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 7 oz eggs
- as needed Nutella®

Preparation of choux pastry:
In a saucepan, put the water, a little salt, the butter and bring to a boil. Add the flour and mix until you get a compact ball.As soon as a crust forms, turn off the heat and let the dough cool in the mixer on low speed. When it becomes lukewarm, start adding the eggs a little at a time, making sure they are well incorporated before adding more.
Transfer the obtained mixture into a piping bag. Cut a sheet of parchment paper into quarters and form the cream puffs. Lower the tips with a wet finger if necessary.
We put them in boiling oil (with the paper) then as soon as it detaches we remove the paper and fry for a few more minutes. Let them drain on parchment paper.
Proceed with all of them. After cooking, fill them with Nutella using a piping bag.
