Nutella Semifreddo
A summer dessert, fresh, very simple to prepare, and great to serve as a dessert at the end of a meal, as an afternoon snack, or at any time of the day when we feel like sweetening up with something fresh. A quick recipe that we can prepare when we have time and keep it in the freezer until needed, so we always have the dessert ready! Ingredients for the Nutella Semifreddo:
- 5.3 oz mascarpone
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 tbsp sugar
- oz cookies (With Nutella)
- 2.8 oz Nutella® (Or similar)
Steps
The preparation of the Nutella Semifreddo is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
In a bowl, put the mascarpone, sugar, Nutella, and whip lightly. Add the broken cookies and mix.
Place in the mold and level. Cover it and then put it in the freezer for a few hours.
