A simple but very tasty and scenic recipe. An omelette made with vegetables, then filled with cream cheese and cooked ham, and rolled up! A great idea to serve as an appetizer, aperitif, or to take to the beach under the umbrella, for a picnic or elsewhere!

Ingredients for the Omelette Roll with Vegetables:

(pan 12×10 inches)

  • 6 eggs
  • 5.3 oz Cooked vegetables
  • 2.1 oz cheese (Grated)
  • 4.2 oz cooked ham
  • 5.3 oz cream cheese

Steps

  • Roll preparation: In a bowl, put the eggs, a little salt, the grated cheese, and beat with a whisk for a few minutes. Add the cooked vegetables and mix.

  • Put the obtained mixture into the pan with parchment paper inside, sprinkle then bake at 350°F for about 15/20 min. As soon as it’s out of the oven, roll it up.

  • Let it cool well. After it has cooled, open it up and spread the cream cheese inside. Place the slices of cooked ham on top.

  • Roll it up. Refrigerate for a few hours.

  • Enjoy your meal!
