Everyone loves chicken, but if you’re tired of eating it the same way, try this version! I chose to add capers and black olives because they are two ingredients that I love, but if you don’t like them, you can easily omit them.

  • salt
  • capers
  • black olives

Steps

The preparation of Pan-Fried Chicken Bites is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.

  • In a pan, put some oil, garlic, and onion, and let it sauté. Cut the chicken breast into pieces and add it.

  • Brown for a few minutes, then add rosemary, olives, capers, and a bit of white wine,

  • Add the chopped tomatoes and, if you like, a bit of chili pepper. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes. Salt to taste.

  • Enjoy your meal!
