The most wonderful time of the year is approaching, so we need to prepare Christmas sweets. A simple and quick recipe to prepare are these panettone truffles, and this time I chose to make them with coffee. Ingredients for Panettone Truffles with Coffee:
- 300 g panettone
- 2 fl oz coffee
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- Coffee flavoring

The preparation of the panettone truffles with coffee is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
In a bowl, combine the crumbled panettone, sugar, coffee, a bit of coffee flavoring, and mix well until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Take a little bit of the mixture at a time and shape it into balls with your hands. Roll the formed balls in the crumbled panettone and then place them onto paper cups. Continue until the mixture is used up.
