  • 300 g panettone
  • 2 fl oz coffee
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • Coffee flavoring

  • In a bowl, combine the crumbled panettone, sugar, coffee, a bit of coffee flavoring, and mix well until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.

  • Take a little bit of the mixture at a time and shape it into balls with your hands. Roll the formed balls in the crumbled panettone and then place them onto paper cups. Continue until the mixture is used up.
