Pasta Garlic and Oil My Way
I wanted to share with you my slightly revisited version of spaghetti with garlic and oil. Over time, I’ve continuously modified it until I arrived at this version 😅 For my personal taste, this is the recipe I prefer, so I’m sharing it with you! I know the traditional recipe for pasta with garlic and oil is a bit different, but I think everyone in the kitchen can modify and create recipes according to their taste!

Ingredients for Pasta Garlic and Oil My Way:
- 7 oz spaghetti
- 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsps breadcrumbs
- 2 slices bread
- garlic
- chili pepper
- 2 oz sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- 2 oz cherry tomatoes (Fresh)
- parsley
Steps

In a pan, we add a bit of oil, the bread cut into pieces, breadcrumbs, and cook for a few minutes. Once ready, we set it aside (we’ll need it at the end).
In the same pan, add plenty of oil, garlic, chili pepper, sun-dried tomatoes in oil, and sauté.
Add the chopped fresh cherry tomatoes and cook for a few minutes. Add salt. Meanwhile, cook the pasta
add it to the sauce. Add a bit of cooking water and mix well, then serve on plates.
Add some croutons, breadcrumbs, and fresh parsley on top.
