Pasta with Anchovies
A simple first course to prepare in just a few minutes, ideal if you have little time to cook or don’t want to make anything too elaborate. I chose spaghetti as the type of pasta because I think they are very suitable but of course, you can use the type of pasta you like best!

Ingredients for Pasta with Anchovies:
- 5.3 oz pasta
- garlic
- anchovies
- 0.88 oz breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- 0.88 oz stale bread
- salt
- chili pepper (Optional)
Steps
The preparation of the pasta with anchovies is very simple, watch the video HERE.
In a pan, add a bit of oil, diced stale bread, breadcrumbs, and toast for a few minutes. Meanwhile, bring water to a boil, add salt, the pasta, and let it cook.
In another pan, add a bit of oil, finely chopped garlic, and sauté. Add the anchovies, a bit of chili pepper (optional), and the tomato puree.
Add the cooked and drained pasta with a ladle of cooking water and combine for a few minutes over high heat. Add the breadcrumb mixture and fresh parsley.
