Ingredients for the Peach Skillet Cake:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/3 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • Half packet baking powder
  • lemon zest
  • 2 peaches

Steps

  • In a bowl, put the eggs, sugar, a pinch of salt, and mix. Add a bit of lemon zest,

  • Add the melted butter, milk, flour, and mix well. Add the baking powder and mix.

  • Brush the pan with oil and pour in the mixture. Add the peach slices, cover, and cook for about 30/40 minutes on low heat.

  • After about 30 minutes, flip it using the lid as if it were an omelet. Put it back in the pan, cover, and let it cook for another 10 minutes.
