Peanut Butter Parfait
Even if it’s hot and we don’t feel like cooking, we shouldn’t give up dessert ☺️ We can simply make a fresh dessert that doesn’t require cooking and is ready in minutes! If you like peanuts, this dessert is VERY DANGEROUS, it can cause ADDICTION and DIFFICULTY STOPPING eating it 🙈. A dessert to serve as a snack, afternoon treat, or a magnificent dessert at the end of a meal. It is very simple and quick to prepare, made WITHOUT EGGS and WITHOUT BUTTER!!! Ahh, I forgot, if you have leftovers, no problem, it can be stored in the home freezer for a long time ☺️

Ingredients for the peanut butter parfait:
- 3.5 oz peanut butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- peanuts (To taste)
- 1/2 cup sugar
Steps
The preparation of the peanut butter parfait is very simple and fast, watch the video HERE.
In a bowl, combine the peanut butter and sugar, and mix with an electric mixer for a few minutes. Add the cream and lightly whip. Finally, add peanuts to taste (I recommend choosing salted ones for a sweet/salty contrast that is delicious).
Put the mixture into a mold (I used a silicone mold, otherwise it should be lined with cling film to facilitate removal of the dessert after resting). Cover and place in the freezer for a few hours.
