penne with vodka

The penne with vodka are a great classic of Italian cuisine that has been reinterpreted over the years, here is my favorite version that I always make! How do you prepare them?

Ingredients for penne with vodka:
- 7 oz pasta
- Half onion
- 0.8 cup tomato sauce
- 0.4 cup cooking cream
- 3.5 tbsp vodka
- salt
- 1.8 oz pancetta
Steps
The preparation of the penne with vodka is very simple, watch the video HERE.
In a pan, put the onion and pancetta and fry. Pour in the vodka and let it evaporate. Add the tomato sauce and cook for about 5 min. Add a bit of salt and the cream.
Cook for a few minutes. In the meantime, cook the pasta, drain it, and add it to the sauce. Mix and toss for a few minutes.
