  • 4 eggs
  • 1 lbs ricotta
  • 7 oz yogurt
  • 1 cups sugar
  • lemon zest
  • 3 tbsps cornstarch
  • rum (Or flavoring)
  • vanilla

  • In a container, combine the ricotta, sugar, eggs, rum or rum flavor as desired, lemon zest, vanilla, and mix.
