- 14 oz phyllo dough
- 4 eggs
- 1 lbs ricotta
- 7 oz yogurt
- 1 cups sugar
- lemon zest
- 3 tbsps cornstarch
- rum (Or flavoring)
- vanilla

In a container, combine the ricotta, sugar, eggs, rum or rum flavor as desired, lemon zest, vanilla, and mix.
Add the yogurt and mix. Finally, add the cornstarch and mix. Crumple the phyllo dough into the bundt cake mold and add the filling on top.
Bake at 350°F for about 40/50 minutes.
