  • 1 package phyllo dough
  • 1.32 lbs ricotta
  • 3.5 oz sugar
  • 10.6 oz yogurt
  • 5 eggs
  • 1.75 oz butter
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 10.6 oz strawberries
  • lemon flavoring
  • vanilla

Steps

  • Put the ricotta, eggs, lemon zest, vanilla, sugar, yogurt, and the cornstarch and mix.

  • Place 4/5 sheets of phyllo dough at the bottom of the pan and brush with a bit of oil. Add some cream and chopped strawberries.

  • Continue alternating the layers until all ingredients are used up. Leave the last layer with the phyllo dough and make holes with a fork. Put melted butter on top.

  • Bake at 356°F for about 50 min.
