Ingredients for the Pistachio Semifreddo:
- 3.5 oz pistachio cream
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4.2 oz mascarpone
Steps
The preparation of the pistachio semifreddo is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
In a bowl, place the pistachio cream, sugar, mascarpone and mix well with electric beaters. Add the cream and beat with the beaters until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Put the obtained mixture preferably in a silicone mold, otherwise any mold is fine, just cover it with food wrap to facilitate removal from the mold later.
Level and gently tap the mold to remove any air. Cover it with aluminum foil and place it in the freezer for a few hours.
