Porchetta Sandwich
One of the tastiest sandwiches in my opinion! Porchetta is a delicacy that is very popular in Italy and is always present at festivals, parties, etc. As you well know, I have already proposed some porchetta recipes in the classic oven version and in the air fryer version, so choose the one that suits you best. First, I recommend choosing the type of bread you like best, cut the roll in half, spread a layer of mayonnaise. Place the sun-dried tomatoes in oil on one side and the porchetta on the other.
