Pork Bone Broth
I love broths so much that I even eat them in the summer! 😁 When I make the broth with pork bones, it becomes something EXTRAORDINARY. This time, to enrich it beyond the classic broth vegetables, instead of adding pasta, I chose to add potatoes and peas, and I must say I liked it very much. A very simple recipe to prepare and great to serve any day of the week.
