Pork Roll with Sausages and Peppers
A delicious roll that we can serve during the holiday season and beyond, I make it almost always except in the summer 🤣. I love these rolls because they are convenient to prepare, I prepare it in advance and sometimes freeze it raw and when needed (when I don’t have time to cook) I bake it and immediately have a ready main course of a certain level! If you have a more important event and need a rich menu, you can also serve it as an appetizer!

Ingredients for the Pork Roll with Sausages and Peppers:
- 2 pork steaks (Large)
- 1.76 oz cheese
- bell pepper
- 2 sausages (Spicy)
Steps
Preparing the pork roll with sausages and peppers, watch the video HERE.
First, pound the steaks then place them on a sheet of parchment paper slightly overlapping. Put the skinned sausages on top and spread them over the entire surface compacting with your hands.
Add the bell pepper pieces, the cheese, and roll it up. Wrap it in parchment paper, tightening well.
Bake at 356°F for about 40 minutes then uncover and continue for another 15 minutes or so.
