Potato Roll
A delicious savory roll made with potatoes and Parmesan cheese, filled with provolone and speck! I just have to say I didn’t finish taking the pictures before it was all gone 🙈 so I absolutely recommend making it! A perfect recipe for a happy hour with friends or to include in your menus as an appetizer ☺️ this roll is also perfect to bring to the beach or to work! Of course, you can replace the provolone with any other cheese you like or the speck with other cold cuts.

Ingredients for the potato roll:
- 2 potatoes
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 3.5 oz speck
- 3.5 oz provolone
- salt
Steps
Preparing the potato roll is very simple, watch the video HERE.
First, clean and slice the potatoes very thinly (I recommend using a mandoline slicer). Spread the Parmesan cheese on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Arrange the potato slices in slightly overlapping rows on top. Add a bit of salt and oil. Bake at 356°F for about 30 minutes. Right after baking (do not let it cool), flip it over and remove the attached parchment paper. Flip it again and place the slices of cheese and speck on top. Roll it up and let it cool.
