Puff Pastry Swirls with Pesto

Ingredients for Puff Pastry Swirls with Pesto:
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 3.5 oz pesto
- 1.75 oz cheese
- 1 g mozzarella (Puff pastry)
- 3.5 oz Lyoner
Steps

Spread pesto over the puff pastry, place the mozzarella strips, lyoner slices, and cheese on top
roll it up. Place the obtained roll in the freezer for about 30 minutes, then cut it into slices and arrange them upside down on the baking sheet with parchment paper underneath.
Bake at 356°F for about 25/30 min.
