- puff pastry
- 7 oz ricotta
- 1/3 cup pecorino
- 3.5 oz gorgonzola
- 3.5 oz cooked ham

In a bowl, put the gorgonzola, grated pecorino, ricotta, a pinch of salt, and mix. Spread the obtained cream over the puff pastry,
spread it over the entire surface and smooth it out. Add the pieces of cooked ham on top. Roll it up and then cut the ends off and then into slices.
To facilitate cutting, you can place the roll in the freezer for about an hour. Arrange the swirls on a baking tray lined with baking paper, a little distance apart. Brush them with a little milk on top and bake for about 30 minutes at 356°F.
