Pumpkin and Chocolate Cookies without Sugar

Pumpkin and chocolate cookies without sugar, without baking powder, without butter and without milk. Very light and healthy cookies made with only 4 ingredients: cooked pumpkin, dark chocolate, a few nuts and chestnut flour, I mixed everything then shaped the cookies using two teaspoons ☺️ and furthermore, I cooked them in the air fryer. A very simple and quick recipe to prepare anytime we want a healthy snack!

Steps

The preparation of pumpkin and chocolate cookies without sugar is very simple, watch the video HERE.

  • First, we need to puree the already cooked pumpkin (I cooked it in the air fryer). Add the melted chocolate and mix. Add the chestnut flour, walnuts, and mix well.

  • Place the mixture in the basket of the air fryer using two teaspoons to shape the cookies. Leave some space between them. Cook at 350°F for about 15 minutes.
