Pumpkin and chocolate cookies without sugar, without baking powder, without butter and without milk. Very light and healthy cookies made with only 4 ingredients: cooked pumpkin, dark chocolate, a few nuts and chestnut flour, I mixed everything then shaped the cookies using two teaspoons ☺️ and furthermore, I cooked them in the air fryer. A very simple and quick recipe to prepare anytime we want a healthy snack!

The preparation of pumpkin and chocolate cookies without sugar is very simple, watch the video HERE.
First, we need to puree the already cooked pumpkin (I cooked it in the air fryer). Add the melted chocolate and mix. Add the chestnut flour, walnuts, and mix well.
Place the mixture in the basket of the air fryer using two teaspoons to shape the cookies. Leave some space between them. Cook at 350°F for about 15 minutes.
