The preparation of pumpkin in air fryer is very simple and fast, watch the video HERE.

  • First, we need to slice and clean the pumpkin, just remove the seeds, you can leave the peel. Arrange the slices in the air fryer basket. Drizzle a bit of oil, salt, and spices to taste (I used ginger, paprika, bay leaf, rosemary, curry, garlic powder). Cook in the air fryer at 392°F for about 30 min (the time may vary depending on the size of the pumpkin slices).
