Quick Cheese Crackers

A delicious recipe, very simple and quick to prepare with a few simple ingredients accessible to everyone and that everyone can prepare at home! The peculiarity of these crackers is that they are made with stracchino and mozzarella inside, a real delicacy!

Ingredients for quick cheese crackers:
- 2 cups flour
- 7 oz mozzarella for pizza
- 2 oz lard (Butter)
- 5.5 oz stracchino (Certosa)
- salt
Steps
The preparation of the quick cheese crackers is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
In a bowl, mix the flour, a pinch of salt, 3.5 oz of grated mozzarella and stir. Add the stracchino and lard/butter.
Mix and knead until a homogeneous dough is obtained. Roll out the dough on a sheet of parchment paper, place it on the baking tray. Add the remaining grated mozzarella on top (3.5 oz).
Cut into pieces of the desired size. Sprinkle a little salt on top and bake at 392°F for about 30 minutes.
