Quick Onion Focaccia
A soft, delicious, and very tasty focaccia recommended for all those who obviously love onions 😅. A simple recipe that we can bring to the table as an appetizer, aperitif to be served plain or accompanied by cold cuts and cheeses as desired.

Ingredients for Quick Onion Focaccia:
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- salt
- 2 onions
- oregano
- extra virgin olive oil
- Half packet instant yeast for savory preparations
Steps

In a bowl, place the flour, yeast, a pinch of salt, the sugar and mix. Add the water, a drizzle of oil and mix and knead until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Finally, add a little more oil and knead a bit more. Add a drizzle of oil into a baking dish and spread the prepared dough with your hands. Place the cleaned, washed, and sliced onions on top.
Add a bit of oil, salt, oregano and bake at 356°F for about 40 minutes.
