Ingredients for Raffaello Dove Cake:

750 g mold

  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • almond flavor
  • vanilla
  • 3 1/2 oz white chocolate

Steps

  • In a bowl, we put the eggs, sugar and whisk with an electric mixer. Add the oil, milk, flour, almond flavor,

  • Add the baking powder, vanilla and mix. Finally, add the grated coconut and mix. Transfer the mixture obtained into the 750 g dove mold

  • Bake at 350°F for about 40/50 minutes.

  • Once cooked and well cooled, cover it with white chocolate and some coconut.

  • Enjoy your meal!
