Rice noodles with vegetables

Ingredients for rice noodles with vegetables:
- 1 package rice noodles
- 1 zucchini
- vegetable oil
- 1 onion
- Half bell pepper
- 1 carrot
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce

First, cook the rice noodles according to the instructions on the package (in my case, I cooked them for 3 minutes in boiling water with the heat off). Meanwhile, in a pan, put a little oil, the sliced vegetables and cook them for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain the rice noodles.
Add them to the pan. Mix well. Add the soy sauce and mix well.
