Ingredients for the rice salad with zucchini, tuna, and feta:
- 1 zucchini
- 5 oz tuna
- 3/4 cup rice
- 3.5 oz feta
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- hazelnuts (Toasted)
Steps
The preparation of the rice salad with zucchini, tuna, and feta is very simple, watch the video HERE.
First, clean, wash, and dice the zucchini. Cook it for a few minutes in a pan with a little oil. Meanwhile, cook the rice, then drain and rinse it with cold water.
Add the drained tuna, the previously cooked zucchini, lemon juice and zest, a little extra virgin olive oil, toasted hazelnuts, and mix.
Plate the salad. Dice the feta and place it on top.
