Ingredients for the rolled focaccia:
- 4 cups flour
- 3.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 0.7 oz fresh brewer's yeast
- 1.25 cups water
- salt
- olives
- cherry tomatoes
- oregano
Steps
The preparation of the rolled focaccia is very simple, watch the video HERE.
We put the flour, crumbled yeast, oil, a pinch of salt, water, and knead. When the dough detaches from the walls, we transfer it to the work surface.
We work with our hands to form a ball. We put the ball in a container, cover it, and let it rise until it doubles in volume. After a few hours, we roll it out,
add a little oil if needed and form a rectangle. We add some chopped olives, cherry tomatoes
and a bit of salt. We roll it up and form a swirl. We place it in the mold.
We add a bit of oil, oregano, cherry tomatoes, and olives, then bake at 356°F for about 50 minutes.
enjoy your meal!
