Sausage and Rice Roll
A special roll made with sausages and a rice filling that I personally loved! If you don’t know what to cook anymore or maybe you have some leftover rice from the night before, give it new life by using it in a new recipe! Ingredients for Sausage and Rice Roll:
- 1.1 lbs sausages
- 1/2 cup rice (Cooked)
- 1 hot dog
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup parmesan
- salt

The preparation of the sausage and rice roll is very simple, watch the video HERE.
First, we peel the sausages and spread them on a sheet of parchment paper, compacting well with hands to obtain a rectangle. In a bowl, we put the cooked rice, egg, parmesan, a pinch of salt, and mix. We place the obtained mixture on the sausages. Add a large hot dog and roll up. Close and cook at 356°F for about 40 min.
