Steps

  • First, wash and clean the cabbage thoroughly, then cut it into strips. In a saucepan, add some oil, chopped onion, and let it sauté. Add the chopped cabbage,

  • Add a cup of water, a few bay leaves, some salt, pepper, and a bit of vinegar.

  • Cover and let it cook for about 30/40 minutes. Stir occasionally.

  • Enjoy your meal!
