Sautéed Cabbage
A very simple side dish that we can pair with our main courses of any kind. First, wash and clean the cabbage thoroughly, then cut it into strips. In a saucepan, add some oil, chopped onion, and let it sauté. Add the chopped cabbage,
Add a cup of water, a few bay leaves, some salt, pepper, and a bit of vinegar.
Cover and let it cook for about 30/40 minutes. Stir occasionally.
