for about 20 baskets

  • 2 cups flour
  • 5.5 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup water
  • salt
  • 1 tsp instant yeast for savory preparations

Steps

To prepare the savory baskets watch the video HERE.

  • Dough preparation:

Mix the flour, salt, yeast, add water, oil and knead. Wrap it in plastic wrap

  • Let it rest in the fridge for about 30 min. After about 30 min, weigh pieces of about 0.7 oz each and form into balls.

  • Brush the mold with oil and place the dough balls in it. Close tightly and hold for a few minutes then turn and cook for a few more minutes.

  • Once ready, remove them and continue with the others in the same way. Once the baskets are well cooled, gently remove the excess dough from the edges and fill with savory creams to taste.

  • Decorate with parsley

  • Enjoy your meal!
