Steps
For the preparation of the savory cheese parcels watch the video HERE.
Dough Preparation:
In a bowl, we put the water, vinegar, oil, salt, flour and mix.
Knead until you obtain a homogeneous dough. Cover it and let it rest for a few minutes, then divide it into about 12 equal pieces. Take one piece at a time and form balls.
Cover them and let them rest for about 30 minutes. After about 30 mins, take one piece at a time and roll it out, then place it on a plate with some oil inside. Also put a little oil on top.
Continue like this with all (the dough must be well greased). Continue like this with all the balls. Once finished, cover and let rest for another 30 mins or so.
Cream Preparation:
In a bowl, put the cheeses, dill, and chopped parsley, salt.
Add the eggs and mix.
Assembly:
After about 30 mins, take one piece of dough at a time and gently stretch it, being careful not to tear it.
Put a little filling on top and spread it out. Fold the edges.
then roll up two sides and then roll again to form the parcel. Proceed like this with all. Arrange them on a baking tray with parchment paper inside, leaving a little space between them.
Brush them with beaten egg and milk then bake at 356°F for about 40 minutes.
bon appétit!
