750g mold

  • 3 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 jar plain yogurt
  • 3 1/2 oz pecorino cheese
  • 1 3/4 oz potato starch
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • turmeric powder
  • 1 packet instant yeast for savory preparations
