Easy and quick Easter appetizer made with a single dough

Ingredients
10/12 pieces
- 4 cups type 0 flour (approx. all-purpose flour)
- 1.5 cups milk
- 6 tbsp butter
- 1 small container (about 1/2 cup) yogurt
- 0.35 oz fresh yeast
- 3.5 oz olives
- 2 oz speck
- 2 oz scamorza (smoked Italian cheese)

I prepare the dough
First, put the flour, the yogurt, the yeast and the salt in a bowl.
Start kneading, adding the milk little by little.
Knead for about 10-15 minutes until you obtain a soft and elastic dough.
Add the butter
At this point add the butter little by little.
Continue kneading until the butter is completely incorporated into the dough.
Add the filling
When the dough is ready, add the speck, the olives and the scamorza.
Mix well to distribute the filling evenly.
Shape the dove rolls
Transfer the dough to the work surface.
Divide it into pieces of about 3.5 oz (each).
Cut each piece in half.
Form two small rolls and arrange them overlapped in the mold to create the classic dove shape.
Proofing
Let rise for a few hours, until the dough increases in volume.
When the dove rolls have risen, sprinkle a little grated Parmesan on top.

Baking
Bake in the oven at 356°F for about 30 minutes.
