Savory muffins with salami and scamorza cheese
A cute idea to bring to the table during the holidays and beyond. A rustic appetizer made in soft single servings, very convenient to serve and enjoy! The muffins are also perfect if we need to prepare a savory buffet for various occasions like birthdays, Christmas, New Year’s, or any other type of celebration. A very simple and quick recipe to prepare that we can personalize and enrich according to our taste ☺️. I chose to make a mix of cooked ham, scamorza, and salami, but if you want, you can also add sausage, speck, spicy salami, provolone, or other types of cured meats or cheeses.
