Savory Phyllo Dough and Ricotta Pie

Ingredients for Savory Phyllo Dough and Ricotta Pie:
- 2 cups ricotta
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sheep cheese
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- salt
- garlic
- dill
- 1/2 cup scamorza
- 14 oz phyllo dough
Steps

In a bowl, put the ricotta, sheep cheese, eggs, yogurt, a bit of salt.
Chop the dill and add it. Add a bit of garlic, either powdered or fresh, and the scamorza cheese, grated or cut into small pieces.
Mix well. Brush the baking dish with oil and place 3/4 sheets at the bottom. Add a layer of filling.
then add another 3/4 sheets and continue alternating layers until the ingredients are used up. Arrange the last layer of phyllo dough properly
brush with oil. Cut and bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes.
