A simple and quick recipe to prepare as an appetizer to complete our seafood menu. By now you know that in spring I put asparagus everywhere, so I chose to also make a combination with seafood and then put everything in puff pastry to make a savory pie to enjoy on any occasion.   • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 7 oz canned cherry tomatoes
  • 7 oz Mixed seafood
  • parsley
  • salt
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 2.8 oz asparagus

Steps

  • First, place the puff pastry in a baking dish, add the cherry tomatoes, cleaned and washed seafood, and asparagus,

  • Add a bit of salt, olive oil, and parsley. Fold the edges inward.

  • Bake at 356°F for about 30/40 minutes.
