Ingredients for the savory plumcake:
- 1 2/3 cups flour
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 4 eggs
- 10 1/2 oz Mixed cold cuts and cheeses
- 1 packet baking powder
- salt
- pepper
Steps

In a bowl, beat the eggs, add some salt and pepper, the oil, the milk, and mix.
Add the parmesan, flour, breadcrumbs, and spices to taste. Finally, add the baking powder, cold cuts, and cheeses cut into pieces.
Mix well. Pour the obtained mixture into a plumcake mold lined with parchment paper. Level and bake at 356°F for about 40 min.
