A savory tart that is ready in just a few minutes and is very easy to prepare with simple ingredients. I must confess that this recipe came about accidentally because I had some leftovers of various things in the fridge, so I combined everything and ended up with this delicious savory tart. Of course, you can easily omit or substitute the various ingredients with what you have in your fridge ☺️. An excellent recipe to serve as an appetizer, aperitif, snack, etc.

Ingredients for the Savory Puff Pastry Tart:
- puff pastry
- 2.8 oz mushrooms
- 3.5 oz gorgonzola
- 1.8 oz sausages
- 1.8 oz edam
- olives

First, arrange the puff pastry in the mold and make holes with a fork. Slice the mushrooms thinly and place them inside.
Add the sausage pieces, gorgonzola, and olives. Grate some edam on top.
Fold the edges and bake at 356°F for about 40 minutes
