A summer savory roll made without cooking using white bread as the base, then topped with a layer of ricotta and pesto, and further enriched with tuna, mozzarella, and olives, a delight 🤤. If you’re looking for a simple and special appetizer for these days or if you’re looking for something for the mid-August lunch, I recommend preparing this delicious roll! It can be prepared the day before, wrapped in plastic wrap, and decorated before serving.

Ingredients for Savory Roll with Ricotta, Tuna, and Pesto:
- 4 slices white bread
- 1 cup ricotta
- 1/2 cup pesto
- 5 oz tuna
- 3.5 oz mozzarella
- salt
Steps
The preparation of the savory roll with ricotta, tuna, and pesto is very simple and requires no cooking, watch the video HERE.
First, we place the slices of white bread in a row slightly overlapping on the plastic wrap. We gently roll them out using a rolling pin. Spread a layer of ricotta on top and then add the pesto,
spread it all over the surface. Add the drained tuna, mozzarella, and olives on top.
Gently roll it up, using the plastic wrap to help. Tighten and close the wrap well on the sides. Place in the fridge for a few hours. Then remove the wrap, cover with a bit of ricotta, and decorate as desired.
Enjoy your meal!
