Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 3/4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 jar plain natural yogurt
- 1 tsp fresh yeast
- 10 1/2 oz fresh cheese (Sheep or ricotta)
- 7 oz fresh cheese (Cow or ricotta)
- 3 eggs
- salt
- dill
- parsley

Prepare the dough:
Put the flour, yeast, egg, oil, half of the yogurt and start kneading. Add a bit of salt
Add the remaining yogurt. Knead for about 10 minutes. The dough is ready when it completely detaches from the sides, at which point transfer it to a bowl and let it rise until it doubles in volume.
Prepare the filling:
Mix the cheeses then add the eggs, dill, and chopped parsley,
Add a bit of salt and mix. After about an hour, take the dough and divide it into smaller pieces. Roll out one piece at a time.
Put a little filling in the center and close. Continue with the others in the same way. Let them rise for about 30 minutes.
Once ready, brush with a little yolk and milk, sprinkle poppy seeds on top, and bake at 356°F for about 30/40 minutes.
