Ingredients

  • 1 roll shortcrust pastry
  • 150 cheese (like robiola)
  • 100 cheese (aged)
  • 150 g figs
  • 100 g cooked ham (Raw or speck)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • rosemary
  • 100 g ricotta

Steps

  • Unroll the shortcrust pastry or puff pastry and place it in a tart pan with parchment paper underneath. Prick the bottom with a fork.
    In a bowl, mix the creamy cheese with the grated aged cheese, adding salt and pepper to taste.
    Spread the cheese cream evenly over the base of the pastry.

  • Place the ham and syruped figs on top.
    Bake in the oven at 350°F for about 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and crispy.
    Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and serve.
