Shrimp in Potato Strings
I think these shrimp, which we usually eat in Chinese/Japanese restaurants, have become very famous. They are delicious and look very inviting! They are very easy to prepare with only two ingredients: shrimp and potatoes. The only important thing is that you need to get the tool to make the potato strings. (I’ll leave some links if you’re interested!). A perfect recipe to serve as an appetizer or aperitif in your menus!

Steps
The preparation of shrimp in potato strings is very simple. Watch the video HERE.
First, clean the shrimp by removing the head, the black vein, and the shell, leaving only the tail. Wash them well and drain. Meanwhile, grate the potatoes using the specific tool to obtain the strings. Wrap each shrimp tail with the obtained strings. If you like, you can also use sweet potatoes using the same method.
Fry them in hot oil for a few minutes. Once ready, place them on paper towels to drain.
enjoy your meal!
