Ingredients for Shrimps in Broth:
- 1.1 lbs shrimps
- 2.1 cups tomato purée
- salt
- extra virgin olive oil
- garlic
- 3.4 tbsp white wine
Steps

In a pot, add some oil, garlic, and let it fry. Add the cleaned shrimps and cook them for a few minutes. Add the white wine, a bit of salt,
Add a bit of pepper and cook until the wine has completely evaporated. Add the tomato purée and cook for about 20/30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
