Beer Chicken in a skillet
An extremely simple main dish to prepare and great to pair with any main course! I know, you’ll say the beer was better for drinking, not cooking 😅 but I assure you it’s worth it! You’ll get juicy and delicious chicken! This recipe is perfect for any day of the week, especially when we have little time available!

- chicken
- beer
- garlic
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- spices (To taste)

In a pan, add some oil, the chicken (I chose to use thighs but any part is fine) and let it brown slightly. Add some garlic, salt,
Add spices to taste and the beer. Cover and let it cook until the beer fully evaporates, halfway through, turn the chicken.
Once the beer is gone, brown it well on all sides.
