skillet pork ribs with mushrooms
A main dish and side ready in a few minutes with a skillet cooking. Pork ribs or spuntature are my favorite type of pork meat, I often cook them in the oven with potatoes or use them to make sauce with sausages to dress pasta or polenta. Today I wanted to try this version with mushrooms made in a skillet and I have to say I really liked it, so I’m sharing it with you ☺️. Let me know what you think!
Some time ago, I created this collection of main meat dishes, so take a look Here: Meat mains!

Preparing skillet pork ribs with mushrooms is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
In a pan, place the ribs, some chopped garlic, and a bit of oil, a sprig of rosemary, and sauté for a few minutes. Add the white wine and let it evaporate.
Add the mushrooms, capers, olives, a bit of water, cover and let cook for about 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. They’re ready when the liquid has completely evaporated and the ribs are golden!
